Abstract
When our agents meet.
An assistant books a delivery. Another filters your inbox. A third negotiates a price. What happens when the software acting for us starts dealing with everyone else’s software?
Simulacra explores that shared world through small stories and proposed experiments. Games asks which rules make cooperation possible. Ecology follows what happens when agents compete, copy, and depend on one another. Genus examines how their capabilities change and what survives when one agent replaces another. Together, the notes ask who gets heard, who owns what, and who can change the rules. You can start with an everyday situation and follow it into a larger question about governance.
These are experiments to explore, with questions still open. No technical background is needed to begin.

Most discussion of AI agents focuses on the individual system. Simulacra studies the population: what happens when agents compete for attention, negotiate access, form reputations, and become part of one another’s environment.
The proposed studies begin with familiar settings: an inbox, a shared service, a trading town. Each makes a larger question about artificial populations small enough to investigate.
